Werner and Helmut have been working behind the scenes all day today, and while it’s not yet visible on MetroCascade‘s public page, by tomorrow you should see many more blogs and news sources aggregated.

The sources are growing quickly enough that I can see the next UI issues becoming acute more quickly than anticipated: (a) ensure more rapid updating of the “read” cascade (easy enough to do); and (b) sorting or categorizing the items in the “read” cascade so that it’s not just a blur for the user (far less easy to do).

From my p.o.v., (b) will have to involve giving the user better tools to make her or him a savvier user of the site. That’s something we’ll be talking about when we get together for a working lunch later this week…
